Food Glorious Food (and drink) for 2025!
We were delighted with the food on offer for our last Shades of Amber event in 2023 so we are thrilled that Ariane and Walter, owners of Wild & Smoky are returning to feed us all again in 2025!
'Wild & Smoky is a mobile caterer specialising in event and location catering. Being totally mobile, Wild & Smoky can cater for any occasion at any location. They mainly cook using fire and smoke from Scotland’s largest barbecue. They use only the best of locally sourced Scottish produce, with the best customer service, which gives the customer the ultimate total meal experience."
For our Shades of Amber 2025 weekend they will be bringing their Wild & Smoky “Southern Kitchen” truck
and their range of locally sourced hot food will keep you energised throughout the weekend!
Whether you fancy a bacon roll on Saturday morning or a hearty burger in the evening, there will be delicious options available for you.
They also cater for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
Food will be available at the following times …
Friday 31st October 5.00pm - 9.30pm
Saturday 1st November 11.00am - 9.30pm (Breakfast rolls 11am -12midday)
Sunday 2nd November 12 midday - 5.00pm (Breakfast rolls 12midday - 1pm)
… please allow plenty of time if you want to eat before a concert!
